will focus on how to include a variety of assessment opportunities
within a Storyline. The connection between curriculum benchmarks and
authentic assessment will be included. Practical examples and ideas
for planning will be shared.

Explanation
of Terms
Benchmarks
are learning objectives. They are significant points of progress toward
readiness for higher education for each grade level and in the different
content areas.
Authentic
assessment: an assessment approach that has been designed
to provide a realistic task, simulation, or problem related to that
attribute or performance being measured.
