ITiS (Information Technology in Schools) is the largest and most comprehensive national investment programme ever to be made in the school in Sweden. ITiS is just as much of an investment in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) as in the development of the school. Over a four-year period 70,000 teachers working in teams will be offered the opportunity to raise their competence in using ICT as a tool to support pupils’ learning.
